Rapper, reality T.V personality, and comedian William Jonathan Drayton Jr., more commonly known as Flavor Flav has been charged with DUI, this coming just two months after being arrested in Las Vegas on May 21st for speeding in a 45 mph zone, marijuana possession, open container, and driving with a suspended license.

Drayton rose to fame as a member of the group Public Enemy and for his appearances on the VH1 reality-television series The Surreal Life, Strange Love and Flavor of Love.

The rapper is no stranger to breaking the laws of the road. Last year Drayton was arrested for the same charge, speeding to his mother’s funeral in New York. On that occasion, the Police discovered 16 suspensions on his record.

The Associated Press reports that on this latest run in with the law, The Clark County District Attorney’s office charged the rapper on July 16th with driving under the influence involving cocaine, speeding and having an open container of alcohol after he failed a field sobriety test near the McCarran International Airport.
