In this case, our client was charged with the misdemeanor charge of DWAI Drugs. She was alleged to have driven down a one way street the wrong way. Her BAC was relatively low and Hydrocodone was found in her system. We were able to show the ADA that she did not have a history of drug abuse nor was she a continuous offender.
