Why DWI Defense?

DWI is an offense that affects thousands of people in New York State each year. The government’s proof of impairment or intoxication, in many cases, is based upon unreliable “tests” and assumptions that lead to false conclusions on the part of law enforcement far too often. It is imperative that persons accused of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated or impaired have an attorney that is intimately familiar with the ever growing number of statutes and regulations that govern this area of law to best assist those individuals navigate the system and provide for a zealous, effective defense.
