We were able to negotiate a non alcohol related office. The client plead to one count of Reckless Driving. The client was able to keep his CDL and by doing so he was able to also keep his job.
This client was charged with a DWI for the third time, having two prior alcohol convictions in the past. His case was particularly important because the client had a CDL and he would be subject to a mandatory revocation of his Commercial Driving privileges (no conditional privileges on commercial operation) with any alcohol conviction.
