A Syracuse bar owner has been arrested on a felony charge of tampering with physical evidence that killed a man the night of May 8th. The investigators are gathering evidence on an accused female, who was arrested for DWI and vehicular manslaughter after she allegedly drove the wrong way on I-81 and collided with Bruce Ham’s vehicle.

Investigators obtained footage from many of the area bars that the accused had been at that night. However, upon examination, investigators say they noticed clips from the bar owner’s business were missing.

According to reports, the missing video surveillance shows the accused female, the night of the crash falling in front of the bar on several instances the night of the accident from to much to drink and being carried away by her arms and legs to a vehicle.
