Client was charged with DWI and refusal to take the breath test after a checkpoint stop in Syracuse at 2:40 am. He refused everything, and said he didn’t drink any alcohol.

Our team filed motions, got the hearing to fight the stop and the admission of the refusal against Aaron into evidence, and we had the hearing back in January.

At trial, our team fought the lack of connection between the observations by the cop and Aaron’s ability to drive. Ultimately, the jury acquitted Aaron. And even saved his top secret security clearance that’s necessary for his defense contractor company.
