We will be looking into anxiety and depression a lot over the next few weeks. There is so much that can be done to help both without turning to alcohol in hopes to medicate against symptoms.
Today’s tip is specifically for anxiety. It’s one of the most important things I’ve ever learned. If I had only one tip to give you? I would make it this.
